Stayed in the Economy Single Room and it was pretty cozy. The bed and pillows were super comfy, a definite highlight. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and I loved the little touches like the daily replenishment of water. Although the room was a bit small, the decor had a charming vibe. Plus, I didn't hear much noise from the street, so sleep was easy!

We stayed in the hotel for on happy week. Staff are extremely friendly, our room was fantastic in all terms, we all loved so much the very nice breakfast which was really so nice. Hotel location is only few hundred meters from the tram station which was in deed very convenient. Beside that the hotel is located in the main touristic area where Sultan Ahmet (Blue mosque), Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Arkeoloji Museum are. Special thanks to all staff as they were extremely friendly and helpful, and satisfied us with service, comfort and of course amazing continuous smart smile :) Thank you Hotel Soliman we'll absolutely come back and stay with you when travel again to the amazing Istanbul.
We loved how the staff treated us, but we wish all to speak English as it would be really better for them and for the guests :) that's it..

Stay was good. However my request to the hotel staff to reduce my booking from 6 days to 3 days ( I requested on the day I arrived at the hotel) , was not entertained by the hotel initially. They said I should change ir from Booked.net. This was next to impossible as all the websites I could get to were in Turkish language . Finally when I got to Booked.net in English, the website refused to acknowledge that I was a member and it wont open. So I had to ask someone else in another country to access my yahoo mail and Booked.net to get my stay in this hotel reduced from 6 days to 3. It ould help the hotel mangers/owners more if they entertain the requests from their clients when they are personally there. Strange attitude of hotel staff to ask me to approach Booked.net rather than entertain my request directly. Also the room I was given had the roof so low on one side that one could not stand up..... Without banging your head with the roof.. Very uncomfortable.. Specially when I had requested that I be given a room on the ground floor or lower story.. Otherwise a good hotel.
Low roof where one cannot stand up. Also hotel managers refusal to modify my booking without coming through Bookin.com

good experience but could improve
The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety, especially the fresh local pastries that were hard to resist! Reception staff were friendly, particularly Mahmod, Lala, and Jamal, who always greeted us with smiles. Plus, the city view from our room was a pleasant surprise.
The noise from the hallway made it difficult to enjoy quiet moments in our room.

Location is very nice. easily can reach tram Sirkeci and Gulhane. Sirkeci is better. staff is very kind and farmiliar. Breakfast is simple but acceptable. Compared with other hotel this hotel is more scilent relatively. convenient to go old city and new city all of them There are many restaurants near by hotel
Considering location of old city, nothing !!! but small lounge is some trouble
